Subject: Advisory for Indian nationals entering
into Bulgaria w.e.f. 30.10.2021
As per
Order No. RD-01-874 of 26.10.2021 issued by the Bulgarian Ministry of Health,
with effect from 30.10.2021 India has been taken out of Red zone and is
now placed under Orange zone.
2. Accordingly,
w.e.f. 30.10.2021, travellers coming from India are allowed on the territory of
Bulgaria upon presentation of either of the following document (subject to
their holding valid visa to enter Bulgaria):

19 as per Annex 3 of the order or

recovery/similar document certifying that a person has recovered from
COVID-19. The document must contain the names the date of the first positive
result of PCR/rapid antigen test other than data of the medical institution
or the issuing authority or

Valid for the period from the 11th to
the 180th day, as of the date of the conducted test entered in the
document.

|
a negative result from a RT PCR test for COVID 19
or
|
performed up to 72 hours before entry into
Bulgaria
|
a negative result from Rapid antigen test for
COVID 19
|
performed up to 48 hours before entry into
Bulgaria
|
*Children
to the age of 12 are exempted from presenting any documents for COVID-19.
3. The
categorization of countries into green, orange or red zone is subjected to
review and update every week, by the Bulgarian authorities. Accordingly, Indian
nationals planning to come to Bulgaria are advised to check for the latest guidelines/advisory
regarding travel to Bulgaria.
