 This is to inform that some fake websites have cropped up offering Indian e-visa to foreign nationals. These fake websites misguide the applicant, therefore, the applicants are advised to visit only Indian Government website to submit their e-visa applications. Visa applicants are cautioned against using any other fake website which may appear to represent the Government of India.  It is advised not to believe or fall in trap of any such unscrupulous elements who claim speedy/express grant of e-Visa and charge money for it.

Do not share your personal information with any unauthorized or fake website as it may lead to infringement of your personal data. Please visit Government of India website as mentioned above for any service or clarification.

Please ensure that all foreigners having e-visa are advice to travel with the same passport as indicated by them on Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) while applying for e-Visa.Foreigners having e-visa travelling to India on a passport different from the passport mentioned on Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) issued to them, should carry  both the old passport on which ETA was issued and the new passport with them.
